PART A — GENERAL TERMS (SITE, ORDERS & SUBSCRIPTIONS)

1. Who we are
FiiHii Ltd (“FiiHii”, “we”, “us”, “our”) supplies frozen, plant‑based food and drink products (“Products”) and related subscription services (“Services”) via fiihii.com (the “Site”).

2. Using our Site
By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We sell to consumers for personal use only. You must be 18+ to place an order.
3. Product information, allergens & storage
3.1 Ingredients and allergens are shown on each Product page and on pack. Always check before consuming. Our Products are made in facilities that handle nuts, sesame, and other allergens. We take care to avoid cross‑contamination but cannot guarantee any Product is completely allergen‑free.
3.2 Products are perishable and must be kept frozen on arrival and stored/used according to the on‑pack instructions. Suitability for children and specific diets varies; seek professional advice if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
4. Orders & contract formation
4.1 Your order is an offer to buy. We will accept it when we email an order confirmation, at which point a contract is formed for the items listed in that email.
4.2 If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock, a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your location), we will refund any payment taken for that order.
5. Price, payment & VAT
5.1 Prices, promotions and delivery charges are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 By purchasing, you authorise us to take payment using your chosen method. If a payment fails we may attempt to re‑charge or contact you to update details.
6. Delivery, risk & title
6.1 We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery windows and areas may vary and are shown at checkout. Please ensure someone can receive and promptly freeze your order.
6.2 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.
6.3 If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
6.4 From time to time we may offer free UK delivery under promotions or above a basket threshold—see Part B (Promotional Terms) or the checkout for any live offer. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply as displayed at checkout.
7. Subscriptions (weekly and fortnightly)
7.1 Plan types: We offer auto‑renewing Weekly and Fortnightly (two‑week) subscription plans (“Plans”). Monthly plans are not currently offered.
7.2 Renewal & charges: Plans auto‑renew on their cadence. Your price, delivery cadence and next charge date are shown in your account.
7.3 Pause/skip: You can pause or skip upcoming deliveries in your account subject to the cut‑off in 7.4.
7.4 Cut‑off: To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel, pause or skip at least 3 full days before the scheduled delivery date (UK time). Changes after the cut‑off may apply from the following cycle.
7.5 Price/plan changes: We may change Plan prices or features on giving you reasonable prior notice by email or in‑account. You may cancel before the change takes effect. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7.6 Cancellation methods: You can cancel in your online account at any time or by contacting us. We provide a clear, simple cancellation path.
8. Cancellations, returns & refunds
8.1 Perishable items & cooling‑off: Because our Products are perishable and liable to deteriorate rapidly, the usual 14‑day cooling‑off right for distance sales does not apply to delivered Products. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, mis‑described or non‑delivered goods.
8.2 If there is a problem with a Product: If a Product is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy. Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) so we can help. Photos may be requested to investigate. Any suggested timeframes for reporting are to help resolution and do not limit your legal rights.
8.3 Subscription charges after cut‑off: Charges already incurred for a cycle that has passed the cut‑off are non‑refundable, save where you cancel due to our breach (e.g., undelivered Products) or under any advertised guarantee. See Part B for any live promotional guarantees.
9. 60‑day money‑back guarantee (when offered)
If we expressly advertise a “60‑day money‑back guarantee” for a campaign or Product, it applies in addition to your statutory rights. The detailed eligibility criteria, claim window, evidence requirements and any exclusions will be set out in the applicable promotional terms in Part B. Where a promotional term conflicts with Part A, the promotional term will prevail for that campaign.
10. Promotions, vouchers & gift cards
10.1 Promotional offers, trials and vouchers are subject to any additional terms stated in the offer. Unless stated otherwise, they are for new customers, non‑transferable, cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time.
10.2 Specific rules for live campaigns (including any free‑delivery thresholds and money‑back guarantee stipulations) are contained in Part B: Promotional Terms and are incorporated into these Terms when that campaign is live.
11. Health & nutrition
Information on the Site is general in nature and not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for personalised advice. Our Products are food, not medicines or supplements.
12. Our responsibility to you
12.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights.
12.2 We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses or for losses caused by your improper storage or handling of the Products contrary to our instructions.
12.3 Otherwise, our total liability in respect of each order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including images, text, logos and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to FiiHii. You may not use it without our permission.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify active customers (for example by email). Your continued use of the Site or Services after notice means you agree to the updated Terms.
15. Complaints & ADR
We aim to resolve complaints quickly. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may be able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider such as RetailADR. We are not obliged to use ADR and will confirm whether we agree to participate in a given case.
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
PART B — PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Pre‑Black Friday Early Bird Offer — Terms & Conditions
(These Promotional Terms are incorporated into Part A and, for this Offer, prevail over Part A where necessary to resolve any conflict.)

1. Definitions
“Email Subscriber”: An individual who received the Offer email directly from FiiHii and is subscribed to our mailing list at the time of redemption.
“Subscription”: An automatically recurring order for qualifying FiiHii products placed via our website under a customer account.
“Festive Fortnight”: The period from 15 December 2025 00:00 to 29 December 2025 23:59 (UK time), inclusive.
“Mystery Subscriber Bonus”: A bonus benefit provided at FiiHii’s discretion to eligible customers under clause 7; the exact content is intentionally undisclosed until eligibility is confirmed.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Offer is available only to Email Subscribers during the Offer Window defined below. It is open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
2.2 One redemption per customer/household unless otherwise stated. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be resold.
3. Offer Window
3.1 The Offer is valid from 00:00 on 21 November 2025 until 23:59 on 25 November 2025 (the “Offer Window”). All times are UK time.
3.2 Redemptions attempted before or after the Offer Window are invalid, even if the email was received earlier or the landing page remains accessible.
3.3 FiiHii may reasonably amend or withdraw the Offer during the Offer Window only where necessary (e.g., manifest error, fraud, abuse, or circumstances beyond our control), and will endeavour not to materially disadvantage participants.
4. What the Offer Includes
4.1 20% off for life on Subscription orders (see clause 5).
4.2 Free UK delivery on Subscription orders placed under the Offer, and on any UK order over £30 (see clause 6).
4.3 Free nutritionist support for 12 months from activation: monthly check‑ins and Q&A (guidance only; not medical advice). You must maintain an active Subscription; if you pause or cancel you will lose access to the free nutritionist.
4.4 Pause or cancel your Subscription at any time (see clause 8).
4.5 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (see clause 9).
4.6 Re‑subscribe bonus eligibility if you pause during the Festive Fortnight and restart on/after 29 December 2025 (see clause 7).
5. 20% Off for Life (Subscriptions)
5.1 The 20% discount applies to qualifying Subscription orders placed under the customer account that redeemed the Offer. The discount remains active for the lifetime of that Subscription while it remains active.
5.2 If you cancel your Subscription, the lifetime discount may not be recoverable on a new Subscription started later. If you pause and later resume the same Subscription, the discount continues to apply.
5.3 The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless expressly stated.
6. Free UK Delivery
6.1 Free standard UK delivery applies to (a) Subscription orders placed under the Offer; and (b) any UK order over £30 (calculated on basket subtotal after discounts, before delivery charges).
6.2 Non‑UK deliveries, expedited services, or special handling (if offered) may incur additional charges.
7. Re‑Subscribe Bonus (Mystery)
7.1 Eligibility requires both: (a) you pause an active Subscription at any point during the Festive Fortnight (15–29 December 2025, inclusive); and (b) you restart the same Subscription on or after 29 December 2025 (UK time).
7.2 One bonus per customer/household, applied to the first qualifying restarted delivery or account event, as specified by FiiHii.
7.3 The nature of the Mystery Subscriber Bonus will be revealed upon eligibility confirmation. FiiHii reserves the right to substitute an equivalent benefit of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Pause or Cancel Anytime
8.1 You may pause or cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Pauses or cancellations may affect eligibility for certain elements of the Offer (e.g., the 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee and Re‑Subscribe Bonus).
9. 60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (Consecutive Use Required)
9.1 The guarantee is available only after 60 consecutive calendar days of daily use with no pauses or skips. Given our fortnightly plans, this equates to <strong>four (4) consecutive two‑week Subscription cycles</strong> delivered and charged back‑to‑back without interruption.
9.2 <strong>Reasonable proof of daily use is required.</strong> We will verify order and delivery history for the 4 consecutive cycles, and may request supporting evidence of daily consumption across the 60 days. Acceptable evidence may include (without limitation): dated photos of consumed pouches or empty packaging; a dated usage log (app or manual); or a signed declaration subject to spot checks. We will act reasonably when assessing evidence.
9.3 If you do not feel or see a meaningful difference by day 60, you must contact us within 7 days after day 60 at info@fiihii.com to request a refund on payments made during those 60 consecutive days. One claim per customer/household. The guarantee covers Subscription charges for that 60‑day period only and excludes ancillary fees (e.g., optional upgrades or expedited shipping).
9.4 This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
10. How to Redeem
10.1 Follow the link provided in the Offer email during the Offer Window. The 20% Subscription discount and free delivery will apply automatically to qualifying orders when you are logged in to the eligible Email Subscriber account.
11. Availability & Fair Use
11.1 All elements of the Offer are subject to availability. We may apply fair‑use limits or verification checks to protect against abuse or fraud.
12. Data & Privacy
12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see fiihii.com/privacy-policy), which forms part of these T&Cs.
13. General

13.2 These Promotional Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.3 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.4 We may publish updated versions of these Promotional Terms where reasonably necessary. The version/date above indicates the latest update.
