To start, so easy to deal with and place an order! Im currently pregnant, and I started to struggle with being nauseous in the later part of my pregnancy and really couldnt eat. The Frinks are really handy on the go and I loved that I would keep them in the freezer so I know I wouldn't waste any!!!! First of all, the taste of the smoothies is absolutely refreshing and delicious. Secondly, there are no other additives to these smoothies, just the raw , fresh ingredients , nothing extra -which is a plus to me. A lot of products these days claim to be natural but full of preservatives . I personally prefer these smoothies to powdered ones which not only require me to prepare in advance but are also filled with preservatives which may be harmful to us. My 8 year old son loves and enjoys them too. The back of the packet has sparked a lot of conversation learning about vitamins and minerals and their importance to our health. He asks for them every day! I highly recommend them and will subscribe too!

Does exactly what it says, a great way to make sure you should get your 5 a day and if you have 2 pouches works as a meal replacement too. All the flavours are great but my favourites are the god yogurt and Cocomangofango. Will definitely get more in the future - cant wait to see where the brand goes next.

My main issue was being, tired and stressed and dealing with a high pressure job and family commitments meant I didn’t have much time to think about myself much. Over time it gets worse and worse, I saw some article about the gut-brain axis and how what you eat really does impact how you think, your mood and energy so I thought I’d give this a try. It took a bit of time to start to feel any difference, it’s not a quick thing, like 3 weeks or so but without realising it I was eating less rubbish because I wasn’t as hungry, I had a weird relentless energy that I hadn’t had in ages and I was thinking clearer and in a better mood. I stopped it for a little and noticed a significant difference in all of these factors, it was like something had just been taken away, my wind taken from my sale. Safe to say I went straight back to them. It’s a staple for my diet now. Taken care of. Nutrition done. I’m better for it and more productive and feel healthier.

I'm new to Fiihii but gave them a try as I wanted more variation in my diet. So far so good. They're tasty but a bit thicker than I expected but overall really good and makes life really convenient as I don't have to stress so much when cooking dinners.
