Behind the scenes, your gut bugs are starting to feed on the good stuff. Some people start to feel a small lift in energy or less bloated already. Go steady, drink water, and give your gut time to adapt it’s the first step in a big shift.

WEEK 2–4

By now, things begin to settle. Your gut’s getting into a rhythm. You may notice better focus, lighter moods, fewer energy dips and it’s not a fluke. Fibre is fuelling your good bacteria, and that’s fuelling you. You might sleep better, feel more patient, or handle stress a little easier (even if the kids aren’t cooperating). The key is consistency the longer you stick with it, the more it sticks with you.

MONTH 2–4

We recommend consuming two Frinks® per day to meet half of your daily fibre needs. Each pouch is designed to be enjoyed conveniently, providing essential nutrients and a delicious boost to your diet.
2. How long does it take to see results from drinking Frinks®?
While individual results may vary, many customers report noticeable improvements in digestion and energy levels within 3-4 weeks of regular consumption. For the best results, we advise committing to a 3-month program to see real lasting change.
3. Are there any additives or preservatives in Frinks®?
No, our Frinks® are made from fresh, whole ingredients with absolutely no additives or preservatives. We believe in delivering pure goodness to support your health journey. 4. How are Frinks® delivered?

Each delivery is sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 and is sent the same working day if ordered before 3pm, and sent the following working day if ordered after 3pm (weekdays).
